Rushing Day Beads

My sister-in-law has made ​​me panic for a while  

when she want a beads at her 'kurung' to be done 

for her to attend Nurul AF4 wedding.

I only have one day to finished it and there it goes

my speedy hand to make it done.

I though she wanted to use in the next morning 

but apparently during the night and 

I was relieved to be able to complete it as well.

If I had the opportunity with a lot of time to make it

'not in rushed situation' 

certainly it would produce a more compact and larger beads.

But overall, i'm very satisfy, she also very satisfied, 

and i'm grateful with the 'speed and efficiency' talent that i got.

My First Cabochon

This is the outcome of my first 'Cabochon'. 

The cabochon technique was learned from one of the 
famous beader known as Umi Pepari and I have applied it to my clients 'jubah'.

For this design, i'm using a large crystal beads  

and create it with cabochon techniques.  

Although quite simple, almaklumlah, it was my first time making it, 

but my customers are extremely satisfied and happy with the designs. 

With a combination of colored beads torquise, green, blue  

and enhanced and added with orange  beads 

finally has raised the beauty of the robes.

Colourful Crumble

 

I am back again.  

Weeks ago, my time is very dense with 

beading thing for my customer wedding 'kurung' 

during this school holiday season.

The outcome from crumble class with umi pepari dsign ago, 

really inspired me a lot and finally I was managed to 

implement the crumble beads thru my customer clothes this time.

With a theme of the colorful, this is the outcome. 

By the way this is my first crumble beads 

which i learned from Umi Pepari. 

The previous crumble beads, was my version.

Big Flower Beads

  
Huh ... just finished making beading to customers for past 2 week.  

Finally, well worth it.

 
This time I made a large flowers appropriate with the pattern of flowers 

on the legs of baju kurung adorned with green 
leaves that packed with green sequins.  

The flowers itself i sprinkle it with pink and orange pearl beads. 

 
On the hand side, I sew it with pearls beads interspersed  

with a large and small beads from various colors. 
 

It took me two weeks to complete it and I am very happy 

because she truly satisfied and liked the work of my hands.

Baju Melayu Johor for Newborn

I have a bustling schedule this past few week.  
So my blog is muted, and when i'm going to updated it, there a problem with blogspot. 
But i'm glad, it won't take long.. so relieve...

Friend of my mother has asked me to make 'baju melayu johor' for her  

newborn grandson to celebrate 'Majlis Doa Selamat' this coming weekend.

Officially, I was handed the gold-colored satin, and i tell you guys its not easy to sew

and make a baju melayu for newborn especially at neck and pocket area 

but i'm glad  i manage to made it.

To make it nicer, i decorated it with embroidery stitches using light brown thread.
Hope she like it. 

Halter Dress

Halter dress that I made long time ago​​ (refer to my previous post),  

especially made for rifa ..  

I'm glad that a dress I made​, now fits to her already ..

Retro 60s Dress

My whole family have been invited the  

Wedding Anniversary Dinner of My Uncle for his 39 years of 

marriage that required the dinner to set up with a '60s theme.

 

We have been receiving the invitation a month 

earlier to set up and prepare ourselves with 60s retro garments.

With that, I have been making 60s-style dresses for My Daughter, Mia 

and My Bonny Niece, Rifa using Polka Dot Fabric which suit with 60s theme.

Beside Large Button, i also made a large belt.

Elastic Neck

I made ​​this dress based on  

No Big Dill Site of their entry dated 16th March 2011 

which provided Chocolate Outfit Tutorial.

But i modify it a bit, especially in the neck area 

and adorned with large buttons to coincide with the theme.

All kinds acting and sixties outfit  by the the members of  

all families can be seen during the that night. 

We all really enjoy and have fun and I have been devoted a photo of 

Mia and Rifa  wearing sixties dress that i made, for 

memories although we didn't win a kids best dress.... huhuhuuh... so sad
